    Just starting out with UserVoice - it's a really great service! I think there's absolutely nothing to be ashamed of in talking about UserVoice in the context of the recent spat between 37Signals and Get Satisfaction. This is your blog - you can talk about whatever you want!

    I don't see the difference btwn uservoice and getsatisfaction. The uservoice widget has rounded corners and is red. The Get Satisfaction community is excellent, and their idea was original. I came to this site expecting a transparent explanation of who you guys are and why your product is better than getsatisfaction. But I can't seem to find a side by side comparison on the web. thanks anyway.

    @Name I had the same question, and googling "getsatisfaction vs. uservoice" yielded a plethora of comparison material (not sure what you googled, chief). For instance :

    I am currently looking at implementing UserVoice, GetSatisfaction, or plain ole ZenDesk...haven't quite figured out what is the right support model for our product/community, but I am enjoying the debate and seeing how the differentiation plays out...

    fwiw We actually use UserVoice + ZenDesk (with bugs submitted from our feedback tab going there).

    In my opinion the best way to get satisfaction and to achieve whatever you want is to work with Surety bonds agents. I tried many things by myself but it is hard to obtain what I always want and this is why I required a professional help.
