I think you should change your license fees before you lose 90% of your user. The service is good but not accessible to small firms.

@ Marcus: I created a free account but I don't see how to upgrade it to silver. So I started creating a silver account and I get a form before we can order (it was used in web 1.0 generation but today...). You created a great product but you don't use a friendly way to transform us into customers. A bug: when I created a new free account, all links at the top of the page refer to mynewaccout.uservoice.com instead of www.uservoice.com, I got a "We can't find that page.".
